    How to copy the formulas that refs. worksheet "A" to the next row that refs Worksheet "b

    Aloha,

    How do i copy row 1 Formulas that reference Worksheet "A" to the next row, row 2 and reference worksheet "b"

    It is pretty much a summary sheet of the totals all of the worksheets created.

    Highlight row 2 and simply FIND and REPLACE the worksheet names

    one way would be to copy the formula as is, then highlight row 2, click the find and replace, in find what 'worksheet A name', in replace with 'worsheet B name', then replace all

    -Add a File - click advanced (next to quick post), scroll to manage attachments, click, select add files, click select files, select file, click upload, when file shows up at bottom left, click done (bottom right), click submit

    I did that but is their a short cut? i have about 18 formulas in the row and i am planning on doing 20 rows of the same rows referencing 20 worksheets.

    the 18 formulas are fairly easy, just select them all when you copy down to the next row, that will save the individual copying of them, not sure what you would do to simplify the find and replace tho

    To Attach a File:

    1. Click on Go Advanced
    2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
    3. Click the button.
    4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
    5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
    6. This will open a new window File Upload.
    7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
    8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
    9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
    10. Close the window and then click Submit.

    2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
    3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

    when you post a reply, click the go advanced button at bottom of edit area, use the manage attachments in the additional options, that should take you to the attachment area, browse to your file, sect upload file, then you should have an attachment added to your post...i may be missing a step or too, but it is fairly self explanatory...

    I have that as a canned reply, not sure if you have access to them though. If not, I have a workbook that I store "useful junk" in, and I have a sheet in that for instructions/suggestions so I can just copy/paste
