Circular reference issue and External data

Hi,

I have a timesheet spreadsheet, this has a circular reference, that I cant seem to find aand some external data too.

any ideas n the attached sheet

Have you tried the error checking on the formulas tab.

Yes but it gives me $u$7.

and i dont understand i have looked in U7, but there does not seem to be a circular reference, unless im missing something

Figured it out, cheers.
I was too close to the problem so took the dog out and came back and had a look and realised I had code pasted into some cells twice, although not sure why i wasnt getting other errors..

But hey ho sorted now
