    Frequency of Dates

I am trying to make a report for my job. We have different HR systems submitting files to us and we want to know the frequency of each systems submits. I have attached the excel spreadsheet so far which includes the list of the dates they have submitted since September. How would I go about doing this for this system and others?

    Re: Frequency of Dates

My take on this is that there doesn't seem to be a discernible pattern. Enter this formula in E5 and fill down through E20:
    =B6-B5

    Enter this formula in E21:
    =AVERAGE(E5:E20)

It looks to me like it's roughly every four days or so...

    Re: Frequency of Dates

    Number of reports since September:

    =COUNTIF($B$5:$B$21, ">10/1/2012")

What do you mean by frequency? Do you want something like avg. number of days between reports?

edit: sorry hadn't refreshed. tlafferty pretty much nailed it...
