    Adding to 2 existing formula

Hello, I am trying to add to the following 2 formula's. Thank you!

    The 1st scenario is:

    IF(OR(E61="Enrolled",E61="InProcess"),25,0)
    And/or?
J61 IS LESS THEN 3800 ENTER 8, IF IT IS EQUAL OR OVER 3800 ENTER 25 OTHERWISE ENTER ZERO

    2nd scenario:

    IF(OR(H61="Enrolled",H61="InProcess"),25,0)
    And/or?
If E61="Enrolled",E61="InProcess AND H61="Enrolled",H61="InProcess AND K61 IS LESS THEN 400 ENTER 8, IF IT IS EQUAL OR OVER 600 ENTER 14 OTHERWISE ENTER ZERO

You lost me on that second one. Attached is a spreadsheet in which I put all the possible combinations for E,J,H and K61. Please replace the ? with the right answers and I'll give you your formula.

The explanation is really bad. Not sure if you want to combine 1st scenario and 2nd scanario, or not. Here is what I came up with...
    First Scenario:
    =IF(NOT(OR(E61="Enrolled",E61="InProcess")),0,IF(J61<3800,8,25))
    Second Scenario:
    =IF(NOT(AND(OR(E61="Enrolled",E61="InProcess"),OR(H61="Enrolled",H61="InProcess"))),0,IF(K61<400,8,14))

Thank you both, It looks like I left out something. I will redo it with a much clearer explanation for you and attach an example of all possible scenarios. Thanks again and in the future I will be more concise in my post.
