Identical worksheets, identical data, different arrangements

Is it possible to link 2 worksheets in the same workbook, but rearrange the cells in the second workbook?

I exported data from a program we are no longer using, and arranged it according to the preference of the data entry personnel; however
I need to create a worksheet using the same "live" info, But condense it down using filters and grouping to rearrange it to a printable worksheet
for Managers to fill out and turn in each week, so we can add the info to the rest and have an updated sheet the next week. Is that possible?
