Help needed for drop-down list

Hi Everybody,

I faced some problem while doing my spreadsheet and wish that someone can offer some help.

My Question is: Is it possible to validate data in the drop-down list? For example if there are five data in the 1st drop-down list, is it possible to hide the selected data in the 2nd drop-down list?

For reference, I had attached the spreadsheet I am working on..

Based on the spreadsheet, is it possible to make cell data "1140" selected in the drop-down list of column 1A not present in the drop-down list of column 2A?
