    Re: Networkdays

Just out of curiosity, what happens if you reverse the dates?

    Change >> 20-11-12 to 11-20-12
    Change >> 30-11-12 to 11-30-12

Also, if you do =ISNUMBER(B2) do you get TRUE or FALSE
    HTH
    Regards, Jeff

    Re: Networkdays

What if you change the date format in A2 and B2 to month/day/year... mm/dd/yy

Not sure why you have the function as an array...

It is just =ISNUMBER(A2) and =ISNUMBER(B2)

    What are you getting?

Re: Networkdays, works at home, but not at work

It seems something has gone terribly wrong here. The =ISNUMBER(A2) was just something to use to check the date to see if it is a real number.

In the attached, the dates on top (A2 and B2) come at as false because my regional settings are set for m/d/yyyy.

So for me, A6 and B6 come out as true. How about you?

Ya know - changing the date formats as described in two previous posts fixed this problem entirely.

    EUREKA you got it
Sorry when you where saying to change the format date I was actually selecting a Date Format with Numbers ie. *22-11-12.
So No onto my next 2 Questions
Is there a way of not displaying True?
Also In my original document that will use this formula in I will have 2 Columns filled with dates open and dates closed.
So How can I add this formula to always work in all of CellA and rows and B and Rows. I can upload an Example
