Adding sort by week, month and year to existing formula

I am new to the Excel formula world and this is my first real venture into writing formulas. I feel that so far I have stumbled my way to what I'm looking for but have encountered an issue that I have failed to resolve.
I have a fairly large spreadsheet that has numberous tabs with drop downs. What I'm trying to do is to sort the results by week, month and year in a results tab. I have attached a copy of the spreadsheet and would greatly appreciate any advice as to how to accomplish this.
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions

    Hi Throtmoton,

    Welcome to the forum.

I am not able to find any "result" sheet in your workbook. If this is the tab which is there as current tab when I opened workbook, then you can simply select the week / month / year results and apply sort. thanks.
