Select cell R6 and go to conditional formatting, use formula
=R6<>S6 format as desired

In Excel 2003:
1. Select cell R6
2. Choose Format|Conditional Formatting
3. From the first dropdown, choose Formula Is
4. For the formula, enter =R6<>S6
5. Click the Format button.
6. Select your desired format (Red cell fill).
7. Click OK
8. Click OK again

3. Click New Rule
4. Click Use a Formula to Determine Which Cells to Format
5. For the formula, enter: =R6<>S6
6. Click the Format button
7. Select your desired format (Red cell fill).
8. Click OK
9. Click OK again
