I was trying to search for a formula which can give me a count with 2 criteria in which one is whole cell match while other is just one word match in a range. PFA attached xls. Need to find out number of “Windows” in Column C against respective “DC”

There is a typo error in J3 cell because it is mentioned as Lunix instead of Linux.
