    Joining two Formulas

I have two formulas whose results I want to join with the word 'and' if there is text in both cells. If there isn't text in both cells then and won't be required.

Formula at present: =C2&" and "&C11

How do I change it so that if there no text in one or both cells it won't show the word " and "

    Ben

    Something like this?

    =if(and(istext(c2),istext(c11)),C2&" and "&C11,"")

    Another way:

    =C2&IF(COUNTA(C2,C11)>1," and ","")&C11
