How to add a text (right aligned to this new text only) to the end of a range of cells

    Good day.

    - How can I restrict that only 2 lines are possible in a single cell?
    - Then, how can I add text to this cell (this cell is with spellnumber) at the end of the 2nd line (right aligned for this additional text only) regardless of the length of the sentence.

Please refer to the sample below.

    Sample 1:
    "One hundred fifty _______________
    ______________________________[/U]only"

    Sample 2:
"One hundred fifty and Cent sixty
    five___________________________[/U]only"

The underline above denote empty. Could anyone help me?

    Thanks alot!

    Try the attached:

Note that cells will need to formatted as wrap text for the correct display.

I'm not clear as to what you are trying to do.

1/. By using Data Validation you can prevent the user entering CHAR(10) more than once in any cell. CHAR(10) is alt+Enter in Excel

Select say A1 then > Data Validation
    Allow:= Custom
    Formula:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    2/. With Format > Cells > Number > Custom
    Type:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

If you now type "One hundred fifty* in A1 it will display as "One hundred fifty______[/U]only", the number of underscores is determined by the cell width.

You can't make this part "only", red and the rest black using Custom format.
