I'm new to this forum so hello everybody.
I need help (BADLY) in order to create an Internal Complaints Spreadsheet.
I created a drop-down list (from a different spreadsheet) of all the agents in the company I work for, so I can select the right agent according to the complaint.
HERE'S THE PROBLEM : I want to link an email account to each of the agents (values) so when I select 1 agent (from the drop-down list) on my primary spreadsheet, the email address linked to him/her shows up in the cell next to his/her name.
The reason for this is I want to then create a hyperlink that I can click on to send an email.
Can someone please help me!!?!???
