    Excel 2007 formula argument limits

I am developing a script using data in Excel to automate the population of our cash receipting customer master file. I am working in office 2007, which I thought allowed 9 arguments in a formula. I am receiving an error message that states I am using too many arguments. The following is my formula:

    =CONCATENATE("<d>",IF($AA$1=1,"",U2),"[11]",CONCATENATE(LEFT(A2,30),"<t><t><t>",LEFT(D2,30),"<t>",F2,"<t>",G2,"<t>",H2,"<t>",LEFT(A2,30),"<t>",Q2,"<t>",R2,"<t>",S2,"<t>",T2,"<t>",LEFT(D2,30),"<t><t><t><t><t>",CONCATENATE(F2," ",G2),"<t><t>",H2,"<t>",B2,"<t><t><t><t>P<t>",IF(X2="Y","Y","N"),"<t>",IF(V2="Y","Y","N"),"<t>",IF(W2="Y","Y","N"),"<t>",IF(Y2="Y","Y","N"),"<t><t>N<t><t>N[0]"))
