Question Data from two systems, need to COMPARE data to find what's missing from each system.

I'm new to the forum but I always use it so I decided to join. I haven't been able to solve this question (Excel 2007) and have been doing manual entries but now I'm working on a spreadsheet that's 73,000 rows and manual is just not a good use of someone's time. This is so hard to explain so bear with me and I'll attach a screen shot. I work in Payroll, I have 2 payroll systems - a timekeeping system and the payroll system. I pulled a report for all vacation taken from each system and now I need to find where there are gaps in vacation being in one system, but not the other. Here's my example of my spreadsheet:
    Example.xlsx

If there's another way I'd love for someone to help. I know I can't be the only person that does this type of compare and I know Excel is capable of so much more.

Welcome to the forum. It's been a long day so would you mind quickly having a look and confirming if the data is now laid out the way you want it?

My issue is that I have over 70,000 lines and to insert a row every time the data doesn't match is very time consuming. There has to be another way for me to find the dates that are not matching up without doing it this way?

There are 2 helper columns, A & Q (which can be hidden) - they make up a unique string of personnumber/absencetype/date/hours. Using this information on both your timekeeping data & payroll data, we can match one to another, and thus see what - if anything - is missing.
