Try this:
Put this formula in L2: =COUNTIFS($C$2:$C$16,L$1,$D$2:$D$16,"<="&$K2,$E$2:$E$16,">="&$K2)
Then copy it across in M2, N2 and O2. Then fill down as far as you need to go.
