Lookup todays date in one row then use the data in the same column on a specific row

    Morning all.

I just need a little help with a formula.
I have basic knowlege of Excel and still getting use to it.

I basically have a full calender and wanting to pull data from todays dates (To show if staff members are in or not on which ever day you open the doc)

I have the dates starting from F3 to NP3

I basically want it to lookup todays date across all of the dates, once located to use the same Column and take the data from row 6 and place it into C6

    Many Many thanks in advance

Would there be a way to set it aswel to display the cell blank if the target cell is blank?

    Thanks again!
