    If Greater then today or Blank = Active

    Hi all my mind has gone blank, and yet I followed the help within excel but still getting '#NAME?'

    What I have is

    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    What i'm trying to get is IF $Z9 is blank or greater then today it equals "Active" but if Fulse then it equals "Discharged"

    I know I'm not seeing something but its going straight over my head.

    PLEASE HELP
