Offset Function To Skip Blanks/Zeros and Corresponding Header When Charting

    Thanks in Advance!

In the attached spreadsheet I have multiple charts for each row measuring metrics. I have used the following offest functions to plot the last four quarters of data and the chart updates fine when new data is entered.

    Name Rages
    X Axis: =OFFSET(Sheet1!$D$4,,COUNTA(Sheet1!$D$4:$Z$4)-1,,-4)
    Y Axis: =OFFSET(Sheet1!$D$5,,COUNTA(Sheet1!$D$4:$Z$4)-1,,-4)

However, some of the cells are 0%, not tracked that quarter. If the cell is 0% i would like to skip over it, and the corresponding header above it, and plot the next available cell with data above 0% and the corresponding header that coincides with it ... always charting the last four quarters. The cells do have formulas in them as the data is pulled/calculated from another location. Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Regards,
