Exclamation Is it possible to use Index match formula to copy whole collum

    Good Afternoon

I am trying to find the best way to be able to search for a word that is in a fixed row and then when it finds it copys the whole collumn below that word

All my data has daily stats and then a weekly total, The weekly total is what I am interested in.
So what I want to do as per the attached workbook is be able to search for WK1 and when it matches it copy the whole of collum A in this example, then you search for WK2 and it finds that and copys collum B.

I need this to work from one worksheet to another. the raw data is located seperately from where i want the data to be copied to.

Is this possible without using a Macro

    Thanks

    Dave
