double rows to columns

Hello Excel experts

I'm not a beginner in Excel but I do not know how I can solve this. I have an Excel sheet with 100.000+ rows.

Colom a2 is a unique number. I want the rules of the J column next to each other and only one row of a artnr. The same applies to column F and L. Is this possible? I'm not sure

Attached to the current file and how it should be.

Can you change your title to describe what your problem actually is you will get a much better response
