Calculation of time difference between the Start date & time & End Date & time

Need you help to create the formula for the date & time difference from the Start & end of the functions

Office Hours details:-
Monday to Friday - 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM
Saturday - 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM
Sunday - Holiday (Needs to be excluded from the calculation

Any Start hours before the Office hrs of the day - should start the calculation from the start of Office hours.
Any start Hours after office hrs at the end of the day - should start the calculation from the next day.

Any Stop time before the office hrs of that day - should be consider as the 06:30 PM of the past day

Attached an excel for your reference, wherein i had tried a formula, but the output is not as per the expectation.
Could you plse check the attachment & advise the possible way to show the above calculation
