Count Cells with text until another column has value

Good day,

I am hoping someone can help give me some guidance with counting cells. I am trying to count the number of cells with values in one column until the adjacent column hits a value.

I found an example from another thread; however, it doesn't quite meet the criteria I need. So I'm hoping you can help a noob out here

Thank you for your quick response and your humble welcoming.

The formula is close; however, I would like it to count the cells with value in the "Product ID" column. So for the first one, I would like it to return 3.
Can you please help a little further?
