Paste formula down a column (While skipping rows)

    Hi guys,

Fairly simple problem, is there a way to paste this type of formula down? (I remember there being a way but can't figure it out again)

    In Cells in column B:

    =A3
    =A11
    =A7
    =A15

Then paste this down, without using offset or any if statements. Seems simple and I will probably feel stupid when the answer is posted but I can't figure it out.

    Hi Oeldere,

Thank you for the solution, I had just discovered =OFFSET($B$3,ROWS($B$5:B5)*11,0), your solution however seems better, I couldn't figure out a proper pattern using rows. Congrats to you and thanks =).
