Formula to extract a word + 3 spaces

Hello everyone,

I'm would like a formula which extract a particular word from a cell plus 3 spaces after that word.

So cells could look like this:

Title Part 1 Text text text numbers
Title text text numbers Part 2
Part 12 Title

I need to extract the "Part 1", "Part 2" and "Part 12" parts. It never goes higher than 2 digits so searching for the word Part plus 3 spaces seems enough.
