Sheet is set up with Sat - Fri at the top. Under that (B3 & C3) have the shift start time and shift end time. In b4 is the employee selected from a drop down box. An employee has multiple shifts throughout the week. What I am trying to do is find each shift a person is scheuled for and then look at the shift start and end time to determin the total hours a person is scheduled for that week.
