Multiple true statements with a return value

Good day

I am not sure if anyone could assist me but I have a bit of a problem with creating a formula to extract the exact info that I need.

I have attached a spread sheet with the data on that I need to compare with each other

On Sheet 1 in row H, I need to get the value of Sheet 2 row F, B, C and D, but….

I have to firstly compare that the values of Sheet 1 row E and F is exactly the same as those in Sheet 2 row A and G, then I need to look at the dates and I must get the File reference (row F Sheet 2) of the newest date for the multiple lines.

For example: on these sheets I will pull in the reference for SKUNumber F30W as C14219 (line 4) as the date is newer than that of line 1.

Anybody with any ideas will be a life saver
