Diminishing total

I'm working on a log for permitts, these permits expire in 7 days, So I want to have a formula that takes the input from my daily sheet and have it copy to the corrisponding day with the colum called "days" ticking down to zero then removing the line from the 8th day sheet. I'm thinking it would be an if else loop somthing to the effect of IF(L3=i, i<8, i--) Else (delete), but I don't know how to translate that to Excel terms or where I would put it. not exactly what your after but what i think your after is a macro which goes into another section on this forum.

using only formulas i have made the row automatically highlight RED when expired (wouldnt it be better to keep the line there anyway in case some one rings up and you can say it expired.. blah blah date)

C1 date auto changes off your computers clock.
formulas work bytodays date minus expiry date
