    Question How to find a value with two search criteria

    Im a bit confused with Vlookup, Hlookup, and INDEX/Match combos. Basically, I would like to input info into the two yellow cells, and have something show up in the green cell. Any help would be wonderful! Thank you! and happy new year everyone!!
