Function required to develop algorithm

Hello Experts,
Wondering any function will support creating simple output?
use only 1,3,5,7,9 number to get single digit, two digit, three digit , four digit possibilities
Goal seeking Results:-
single digit output :-, 1,3,5,7,9
Double digit out put :- 11,33,55,77,99,13,15,17,19,35,37,79,57,59 ( Not require other way round 31,51,71,91,53,73,79,75,95)
Few three digit examples: 111,333,555,777,999,135,137,139 and so on....
Please see attached Excel 2007 file, currently I do manually that is prone for may omissions,

are the exception to the rules that the second number cannot be lass than the first digit?

secondly how many outputs are ou looking for eg 10digit numbers? 12 digit?

Yes, Second digit cannot be less than first.
Output is max 5 digits, I guess it last number will be 99999
