Formula to calculate sum depending on a value

Hi,

If anyone can help me with an excel file I will be very grateful.
I need to sum in another sheet (sheet 3) all the values for the same name from sheet 1. Also I want also to automatically fill a single time the names from sheet 1 to sheet 3 (in the file is made manually). Can this be possible? I have attached the file. Can anybody help me with this?
