How to combine a set of "Text" Data with irregular pattern?

Hi,

I have a set of data I would like to obtain all the potential combination of:

The Data Set of 5 Columns as below and each as a random amount of cells that contain different text value

Column 1: 3 cells
Column 2: 49 cells
Column 3: 3 cells
Column 4: 53 cells
Column 5: 49 cells

I would like to see all the potential combination of that text with the 5 columns. I guess there is over 1 million combination which is a lot of manual typing.. does anyone have a formula i could scrol down a table to obtain the result? Its tricky because its text so not sure how i can handle it?

Any help will be appreciated! Please note its combination im interested in and not permutation...if not it will be way over 1 million combinations..
