How to get maximum production by using solver

I have 32 machines to produce 40,000tons material in 30 days time span
Processing 4 different grades of material say D1,D2,D3,D4 taking 4 processess and all needs to complete
All 4 grades ,4 processes are H1,H2,H3,H4 taking following time in hrs(see table in attachment)
How to set the grade percentage of material D1…D4 to maximize the production but total grade percentage is equal to 100% and cycle time should not cross more than available hrs
    Constraints - Total time should not be more than -32 m/c * 30 days *24hrs =23040 hrs

None of the data makes sense...Percentages are completely wrong...D3 shows as 0%, yet is 10% of the production tonnage, D2 & D4 show as 5%, yet again are 10% of production tonnage..need to have accurate data to even attempt this..sorry
A picture may be worth a thousand words, BUT, a sample Workbook is worth a thousand screenshots!

The problem with that idea is, I'LL COME UP WITH WHAT i think is right, and it will not work for you, so, then you will be upset, because it does not work for your real world data, then I get upset, because you did not tell me about the "Gotchas"... is best if you supply me with data that accurate, with expected output, and WHY that is the expected output...otherwise, you'll blame me for bad advice, and, I'll blame you for bad information....no good for either

    Hi dreadwolf

I think the problem is the time scale. If it takes 45 hrs to process a ton then only 512 tones will be processed before the limit of 23040 hrs is reached.

If on the other hand the scale is a 100 times greater i.e. it take 0.45 hrs to process a ton then time will not be a binding constraint and solver will happily process 40 000 tons using 19800 hrs and allocating 25 % capacity to each of the four different grades.
