Please see in attached excel and advise the following.
I have inserted the function -average- tocalculate the average number of days needed to complete a task.
Do you have an idea how can I calculate the average of days needed to complete the tasks (maybe by considering the B & C columns and not D) in order to exclude the weekends?

Hi iliasark,
You can use networkdays formula in a new column to exclude weekends and then take Average accordingly
