Does cell C10 contain a formula or does it contain a user-entered value?

C10 contains formula linked by other cell which is changing every day.
i want to copy this values to other sheet so as to have monthly records.

That is good. There are many ways:
    1. Put the user in control. When you are satisfied with the value in C10, push a button and the value, date, and time will be recorded elsewhere
    2. Automatic upon close. If the workbook is closed daily, the value, date, and time will automaticall be recorded elsewhere before the save-and-close
    3. Automatic upon change. The first time C10 changes during the day, automatically record the value, date, and time elsewhere.

    What is your preference?

Here is a very small sample. Once a day, push the button to record the value in C10. You can record only one value per day.

Macros must be enabled for this to work!

Here is a macro-enabled version of your workbook.
