Same Formula,Same values but Different result

Hi Guys, I am new here.

i'm having problem in solving my excel problem. i am just trying to learn excel. and i am in a problem. i am taking values from 3 tables of time and then i am multiplying them according to my need. i am taking values from column i,j,k. Here is my formula.

as you can see in the picture that total hour,over time and duty hour are the same values but the out put is different. result come different(Wrong) when i leave my first part's out cell and second part's in cell blank. but the salary cell is not taking any value from these cells. salary cell is taking values from total hour,overtime and duty hours. and values in duty hour, overtime and total hour are same.
Please Help. I have tried much but couldnt figure out the problem.
