    Excel formula vacation accrual from hire date, reset

    I am bulding a spreadsheet that needs to show the new accrual. An emplkyee receives 80 hours of sick for the year on their hire date

    A2 has the date, B2 has the hire date I need c2 to show the 80 hours when they reach their anniversary date
