Workbook formulas - Data to tabs

This is a construction estimating based problem I am hoping the community can help me solve.

Please refer to the enclosed Workbook. I have input comments against certain cells

I have a spreadsheet with a Schedule of Works.

I will manually be coding up the Trades ie C60; X10 and so on.
There is a parent/child relationship between heading and elements ie Parent = 1; Child =1.1 ,1.2, 1.3 and so on.
Note that more than 1 trade code can be associated with an item. I have used the ";" as the delimeter.

Ideally when a new Trade code is generated I would like it to automatically generate a new spreadsheet and copy all items with that trade code to the generated spreadsheet. In the right order.
