    Auto Fill Formula, 288 Options?

Hi everyone. First time poster. I am a leasing agent at an apartment community and trying to create something that will make my job a little bit easier. I have a document that I want to auto fill certain cells when a certain number is entered.

I want to be able to fill in a cell with an apartment number, and have it autofill with the mailbox number. My problem is that I have 288 units and 288 mailbox numbers, and they're not the same! 1102 is 114, for example.

I have typed the apartment numbers in a list with the mailbox number in the following cell.

How do I type in the apartment number and it autofills in the mailbox number?

    Is Tag# the Mailbox #?
A picture may be worth a thousand words, BUT, a sample Workbook is worth a thousand screenshots!

I have made the changes so that they are in one column. Can I do the same with Washer and Dryer serial numbers?

    Thank you for your help!
