Hi.
I am facing a very difficult and time consuming exercise. I have to segregate the Degree Qualification and year of Qualification from one string (as stored under column head “QUALIFICATION”) in attached Excel File. It is currently kept in very vague form for almost about 6000 employees. The Qualification-Degrees to be segregated under column heads are “DE”, “MBA” and “BE/BSC” as highlighted in gray color, wherein BE and BSC are equivalent degrees
Is there any solution for it?
