Hyperlink within a workbook displays 'unable to open https/.. file location...sheet..cell.

Hi all, I'm failing here and hope someone can help.

I've tried 2 approaches to link to a cell in another worksheet on the same workbook. I can't just 'paste as Hyperlink' since the target cell address must be dynamic.

1) =HYPERLINK(CELL("address",'OPS PROJ'!E13))
2) =+HYPERLINK("'C':\Users\tim.langford\Documents\SharePoint Drafts\Ops Project.xlsx - 'OPS PROJ'!B29",P10).....(p10 contains the word.. LINK)...

Both these work and create links but when I click them I get the error in the title including

1) "The internet site reports that the item you requested could not be found...HTTP1.0 404)"
2) "Cannot download the information you requested"

I'm clearly nearly there but since I'm referring to a link in the same workbook, I don;'t get why it needs to go to a global address to look for it rather than just cut that and refer to the other worksheet name.
