Mask on currency within a line of text

Hi

I have a line of text in a cell which has in it a formula for currency. I need to put a mask into the formula to force 2 decimal places. Please could someone tell me how to do this?

This is the formula as I have it now:

="Please pay £"&J44/12&" to the bank details below."
