Who do I average in a filter that currently uses an lookup/array for averaging it all?

I'm not even sure how to explain it, so I've uploaded the file. Under the test tab, on row two, it currently averages the rows below based on a lookup. Now if I add a filter to the headings, how can I have this formula only average for the ones showing? Not sure it's even possible.Support Customer Satisfaction Report 2013 Test.xlsx

    Any suggestions would be great.

Benishiryo, Thank you sooooo much! That works perfectly! Everytime I think I'm getting pretty good at formulas in excel something like this makes me feel like a true beginner, as when I try to analyze your formula, and don't understand any of it... lol.
