Hi,
having data (ie figures in Dr. and Cr.) two spread sheets, i want to compare data of dr coloumn in sheet1 and cr coloumn in sheet 2. Please help me to solve this. i tried with v lookup but its not worked.

can you post the formula you tried or better a dummy workbook for the members to play with.
