search multiple columns and count number of rows the keywords appear

i attached a sample set of data.

theres a list of keywords associated with a product.

I want to count how many "steering wheels" and 'shift knobs" were sold in each month. But since the data is spotty I can't just search a single column. When I'm searching multiple columns its return a result for each of the time it finds the word. Each row should only be counted once.
