Automatic graph using monthly data

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for some help with a spreadsheet, forgive me if its something easy, but i cant seem to think how to do it, i have googled and caN not find anything.

Basically I have a spreadsheet with Monthly figures on it, the monthly figures are broken down into four categories, MACS, Renewals, New Business and Contracts. What i need is someway of pulling the relevant information off and onto a chart. So if the current month is January, i need excel to pull January's figures for each of the above categories, and show them on a graph for that month, as soon as it hits february i need it to pull februarys data and display it on the chart. Can this be done? I need this to be done automatically based on the current month opposed to manually entering this each month.
