Number of tools, cycle Time and yearly capacity

Good Morning,

I am a Manufacturing Engineer and I am putting together a spread sheet that list the number of tools we have to do a process, the total number of days it take to complete the process (cycle days) my monthly capacity and yearly capacity. We work 7 hours days 5 days a week with breaks and lunch already taken out. An Engineer before me came up with a formula that we can not figure out how he came up with his numbers. What I am looking for is a formula that I can understand and explain that shows tool increase, monthly increase and my yearly capacity from the increase. I have attached the spreadsheet...PLEASE HELP!!
