    Conditional Format Problem

    Hello All,

This is probably incredibly simple but for some reason I can't get it to work!

I'm trying to do a simple conditional format, for example-

In cell B1 I want to highlight the cell is it's less that A1 and vice versa. I know there's an option in conditional format to do this but it's highlighting everything rather than anything less.

    Any ideas...?

    Re: Conditional Format Problem

    In B1

    =b1<a1

    In A1.

    =a1<b1

    Same color.

    Re: Conditional Format Problem

I thought that was how to do it!

Unfortunately I'm still having a problem. I've attached the sheet I am working from.

In cell m12 to m50 I want tio highlight cells that are less than values in cells f12 to f50. For some reason it doesn't want to do it properly.

    I can't see what I'm doing wrong!

    In F12 and copy down.

    =RIGHT(E12,LEN(E12)-3)+0

    Now CF should works correctly

I already have a formula in that cell, how do I enter your suggestion?
