    Calculate average

    Dear Friends,

Kindly through light for the below scenario,

Imagine that we are in June, and the average should be calculated for JAN - MAY / 5 automatically by recognizing the current month JUN. And subsequently for the following months example if we are in JULY, average should be calculated for JAN - JUNE / 6

JAN FEB MAR APR MAY JUN JULY AUG SEP OCT NOV DEC AVG
    10 25 45 87 56 ?

    Regards
    Ramesh

    Re: Calculate average

I checked this formula, hope this works according to system calender but if i change the system calender, the calculation does not change for this formula. Please clarify.

Example: Current month is JAN, so the default calculation is JAN/1 = Average

If I change system calender to FEB, the calculation does not change to JAN+FEB/2 = Average.

    Regards
    Ramesh
