How can I find CFs that reference selected cell?

I'm trying to find all the cells that have a Conditional Format that references the currently selected cell.

I can use "SpecialCells(xlCellTypeAllValidation)" to find all the cells with validations, then my macro just cycles through the list looking for those validations that have the selected cell's address in the formula.

Is there some way to do the same thing with CFs without having to cycle through every cell in UsedRange?

I don't know how I missed that. I must have looked at that at least 6 times but somehow didn't realize that it would get me where I wanted to go.
